Event/Activity Planning

We recognize that part of being God’s people is working together so we can support one another in our mission to pursue every heart with the love of Jesus!
This page is meant to be a hub where every volunteer at Grace Assembly can communicate their needs, so that our leadership team can best prepare and equip them to be successful in their ministry.
Below you will see various phases that may or may not apply to an event that you are holding. Follow the ones that apply to you and to let us know your needs.
Initial Notification Of Event
No matter where your event is, if you are a ministry of Grace Assembly, we want to know about it! It helps us coordinate our efforts and helps us support your ministry. Use the icon below to let our office know no later than 4 weeks prior to the event.
Marketing Event
If you are a ministry of Grace Assembly, then we want to make sure your event is known to our church family. If this targets a significant population on Sunday morning, then this could mean an announcement from the stage. It could be a social media post. It could mean media shown on any of our screens.
Our team would love to talk with you about how to best approach these things. Use the icon below to let us know the specifics of your event. Please submit a form NO LATER than 4-6 weeks before your event.
Building Use
If you are a ministry of Grace Assembly that wishes to use the building, then it is required to fill out a “Building Use Form” no later then 4 weeks before you event. This includes recurring events. We want to make sure that nothing changes from month to month.
