We are pleased to inform you that this session has several Sharing with Grace Groups running. Below is a description of each one. We hope that you choose one and join us this session. We would love to have you attend and are excited to develop a better connection

Leader: Pastor Juli Durst

Rev Juli Durst is the Children’s pastor at Grace AG and the New York Ministry Network Kid Min Director.

When: Fridays from 6am-7:30am, Starting September 18th

About the Group: This early morning group will be studying the book “Creators Wheel: 7 Phases Of Godly Transformation.”

Leaders: Jon & Yana Fasulo

Jon and Yana have been married 16 years and have been attending Grace Assembly for 4 years. They have 3 children ages 7, 5, and 4, and have been leading a Grace Growth Group for over two years. Jon is an Assemblies of God credential holder.

When: Fridays at 6:30PM, Starting September 18th

About the Group: In this group we use the Bible Engagement App to choose our study. It has studies that span through the Bible. Childcare is available.

Leader: Zenna Preli & Scarleth Guzman

Zenna has served as a sign language interpreter in a variety of capacities and venues. She co-coaches our teen Fine Arts teams who have developed nationally recognized ASL interpretations. She leads our ASL Interpretation team who make the Gospel accessible to our congregation, in-house and online.

Scarleth as member of the deaf and hard-of-hearing community, has served as an advocate and networker of that community in the arena of education, faith, and the local community. She co-coaches our award winning Fine Arts teams with Zenna, and she serves faithfully on our facilities management team at Grace Assembly

When: Tuesdays at 6:30PM, Starting September 15th

About the Group: American Sign Language Groups: Levels 1 and 2. These ASL classes are where you will learn to learn basic signs and learn about one of the largest people groups that needs to see the gospel. We will learn conversational signs, Deaf culture, signs related to faith, have a devotional time, and have a lot of fun!

Leader: Faye Winn

Faye Winn is an Elder of Grace Assembly of God, a pastor’s widow, mother and grandmother. She has attended Grace for 10 years and has a heart for prayer.

When: Wednesdays at 6:00pm, Starting September 16th

About the Group:   This season, this group will explore the Book Of Psalms, The Lyrics For Life.

Men’s Group with Leader:

Rick Luckette

Rick is a member of Grace and currently serves as the Hospitality Coordinator. He also enjoys working with the youth on their retreats. He and his wife, Cheryl Severance, enjoy entertaining for parties and get-togethers.

Location: 6280 Alabama Path, Cicero

When: Thursdays at 6:30PM, Starting September 17th

About the Group: This group is focused on Men. The goal of this group is to unite men in Bible Study, prayer, ministry, and accountability. They also look to provide opportunities for fellowship with other Godly men, building relationships, and watching football. The study for this season will be based on the Book Of Romans.

Young Women’s Group with Leader: Sharon Frank

Rev Sharon Frank is a pastor’s wife, teacher, mother of 3 and grandmother of 6. Her heart is to mentor young women.

Location: 2515 West Genesee Street, Lower Level

When: Mondays at 6:30PM, Starting September 14th

About the Group:  This group is targeted at young women in the 18-39 age range. The goal is to create a safe space where young women can come together to build community and strengthen their knowledge and relationships with God. We always start our groups with some snacks and fellowship. We follow this up by diving into the Bible. We follow this up by diving into the Bible. In addition to our regular weekly meetings, we plan fun group activities .

International Men’s Group With Leader: Emmanuel Awuah

Emmanuel Awuah has been a member of Grace Assembly for many years. Emmanuel has devoted his career to higher education and has been a College Administrator at multiple colleges and universities. He and has served on the Grace Assembly’s Board of Deacons as well as our Elder Board.

When: Saturdays from 2-3pm, Starting September 19th

About the Group: The purpose of this group is to encourage and equip men born outside the United States to follow Jesus and become fluent in His Word. The study for this season will be 1 Timothy.
