About the Group:  The purpose of this group is fellowship and discipleship for the International community.  They will be studying “Ephesians: Sit, Walk and Stand in Victory in Christ”

About the Group: This early morning group will be studying  the book “Good or God?” In his book, John Bevere asserts that many people are content with a “good life” according to societal norms, but God’ standards for goodness are much higher and transformative. Through scriptural insights and real-life examples, Bevere encourages readers to seek a deeper relationship with God and to follow His guidance above all else, rather than simply settling for what seems good on the surface.

This book challenges readers to evaluate their decisions, priorities, and values through a spiritual lens, distinguishing between the temporary pleasures of this world and the eternal significance of living a life that honors God.

Jon and Yana have been married 16 years and have been attending Grace Assembly for 4 years. They have 3 children ages 7, 5, and 4, and have been leading a Grace Growth Group for over two years. Jon is an Assemblies of God credential holder.

About the Group: In this group we use the Bible Engagement App to choose our study. It has studies that span through the Bible. Childcare is available.

Leader: Dave & Gayle Heindel

David and Gayle have a family of 12 and live in the Elbridge area. Their family has been attending Grace since 2016. They have been involved in Small Group’s since 2020.

When: Thursdays at 6:30PM

About the Group: This group’s purpose is to support families internally and externally as they weather the tough parts of life. When you arrive at our small group, you will be greeted by two cocker-spaniels, followed by a wave of kids and friends from Grace.  Our group is generally attended by teens up through “seasoned” adults, and while we don’t have dedicated childcare, little kids are welcome to tag along.  The adults and teens who participate in the Bible study enjoy coffee and snacks, and the kids play in the toy room, or in the adjacent living spaces.

This session the group will be studying “Wisdom for Everyday Life” with Steven Foster

Faye Winn is an Elder of Grace Assembly of God, a pastor’s widow, mother and grandmother. She has attended Grace for 10 years and has a heart for prayer.

About the Group:   This group is focused on diving into Gods Word. They meet to learn more about how to live a life more like Christ by reading and studying Scripture, discussing what they read, and applying it to their lives. The group is a safe place to share life experiences in need of prayer.

Men’s Group with Leader:

Rick Luckette

Rick is a member of Grace and currently serves as the Hospitality Coordinator. He also enjoys working with the youth on their retreats. He and his wife, Cheryl Severance, enjoy entertaining for parties and get-togethers.

About the Group: This group is focused on Men. The goal of this group is to unite men in Bible Study, prayer, ministry, and accountability. They also look to provide opportunities for fellowship with other Godly men, building relationships, and watching football.

Young Women’s Group with Leader: Sharon Frank

Rev Sharon Frank is a pastor’s wife, teacher, mother of 3 and grandmother of 6. Her heart is to mentor young women.

When: Mondays at 6:30PM

About the Group:  This group is targeted at young women in the 18-39 age range. The goal is to create a safe space where young women can come together to build community and strengthen their knowledge and relationships with God. We always start our groups with some snacks and fellowship. We follow this up by diving into the Bible. We follow this up by diving into the Bible. In addition to our regular weekly meetings, we plan fun group activities .

This session: “Food for Body & Soul” – a time of cooking and Bible Study
